Another example of excellent marketing is our
launch of a resort development in Victoria,
BC... an integrated internet and print
marketing campaign which successfully maintained
a 29% overall increase in traffic to the website
during the first 30 days.
The launch involved weeks of
prep including developing a Google Earth sketch-up model, press
releases, updating floorplans, e-mail releases,
photography, printing
posters for the sales offices, writing and preparing ads,
planning the media campaign and coordination.
This collaborative
campaign appeared in 45 newspapers across British Columbia and
Alberta and reached over 2 million readers and 60,000 permission
based e-mail recipients within a one week period, generating
a 4000% spike in visits to the promoted
web sites and succeeded in creating something of a buzz from the
Google Earth press releases, generating over
10,000 visits and downloads.
Google analytics were in place
to track interest and the immediate follow up ads were run in annual
tourist publications across Vancouver Island. |
