This 'Day Trip' program is a
large promotion for the company we were working with and includes
the giveaway of a Mercedes Benz 320 CDI. The creative team,
under my direction, developed
a promotion centered around a Mercedes-Benz, which
included a direct mail piece and an internet campaign.
We then expanded upon an existing
Lead Generation Box Program and
worked with existing participating merchants to allow these Mercedes-Benz
Promotions with ballot boxes in their places of business, from
which we collect the entries every week. We also had the Mercedes
in malls across British Columbia with ballot boxes from which we
collected leads weekly.
These entries were then called
and asked to visit the 'Day Trip' office to review the company's
products and have a chance to win the Mercedes.
Once they were booked for a visit, they were sent a confirmation
letter with a key which could be the
winning key. Each visitor has a chance to win the Mercedes with
the key being mailed to them simply by attending a presentation
of real estate opportunities.
Sales
year over year in the first quarter of 2007 were up 54%. |
