Managing the creative and marketing of several
large scale projects simultaneously is a demanding responsibility.
A recent project encompassed conceptualizing
creative marketing strategies for a resort development group, and
supervising various marketing managers and a young internal creative
team, in implementing, tracking and fine tuning strategies across
a wide range of media including print, direct mail, collateral,
e-newsletters, internal and broad-based internet.
I began the process by collecting all the all
outside files from various suppliers, organizing those digital
assets and making them available to the entire team online. From
here, we developed advertising concepts, , managed the SEO for
all web sites and developed a business relationship for
outsourcing certain aspects of our web analytics. We shared that
information in an effort so all involved in marketing these developments
could understand what exactly was being done and how it was assisting
the company in creating value to the organization.
We storyboarded campaigns so what appeared in
print was echoed online and was trackable and we discussed what
was required to use that information to create more value to the
customers, which created more value to the brand.
