Dive Robert’s Grove

This view clearly shows the
development of the Marina and Dive Operation I was responsible
for from the road to the left hand side where you can see the size
and scale of the marina I oversaw every aspect of.
When I began
working on this development, it was simply brush with a foot path
to the lagoon. There were days and days where I spent swinging
a machete to clear the path. This is virtually where I left it
when we left Belize in 2004. The marina was in place, the dive
shop is the red roofed building at the top right and directly to
the left of that was my workshop.
The other red roofed building
in the center is Habanero
Restaurant.
My plan was to build small wooden
bures on the mangrove section shown at the top left of the property
with wooden walkways leading to each cabana for divers and sailors. |
