I chose this photograph for
this ad because it clearly shows where the property is actually,
not theoretically or conceptually, located. The fact is; This is
where you would own if you owned part of this property. Back to
my truth in advertising concept. Great photography is an essential
part of my successful ads. It's something that can't be faked.
You will also notice that of
my four rules, they all clearly apply here.
1 - Have an arresting and highly emotional headline.
2 - Include
a logical and irresistible offer.
3 - Instill Believability, Credibility and Honesty... with no
asterisks.
4 - Specific instructions as to what they need to do to
get it.
